Wordtune
After my previous article on ChatGPT, I plan to write an article listing AI tools. The article is on its way. While looking for the tools, I often try a number of them. One that caught my eye today is WordTune. In an article on PR Newswire, Wordtune Spices is announced. Wordtune is as they say themselves: ‘Your personal writing assistant & editor’. At first glance, this compares well with ChatGPT.
Wordtune Editor
In the Wordtune Editor, you type in something like:

Spices
Click on the ‘Spices’ option at the top right of the text field and a drop-down menu will become available.
Explain
When I click on the ‘Explain’ option, the following addition appears (in purple):
Define
The Dutch language is not quite good yet; Wordtune spontaneously comes up with an English response in many cases. As with the ‘Define’ option:
Statistic fact
But also for statistical information — including the source — Wordtune does not bother at all:

And a historical fact about Python is also given:
Wordtune
Wordtune’s AI is in-house and not based on ChatGPT like so many others. With the option ‘Spices’ you should be able to write an article quickly, without leaving Wordune. Perhaps only to check the sources.
